I design and automate business processes to reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency, and connect systems. My experience includes Microsoft Power Platform, C#, and API integrations, delivering solutions for enterprise environments such as P&G and HPE.
At P&G, I redesigned a weekly quote review and distribution process, reducing three hours of manual work to just 15–20 minutes and saving the team over 10 hours per month.
I'm currently transitioning toward Cloud Engineering and DevOps, building hands-on projects with Python, FastAPI, and AWS. I'm particularly interested in infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
My goal is to combine my experience in process automation with cloud technologies to build, deploy, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Redesigned the weekly process for reviewing and distributing supplier quotes (C&F), reducing the time required from 3 hours to 15–20 minutes via an automated workflow using Power Automate.
- Developed a second workflow to automatically process quotes returned by suppliers, cutting a 2–3 hour weekly task down to 20 minutes.
- Automated the periodic reminder system for OOQ updates for PSMs and Buyers, eliminating approximately one hour of manual follow-up work per person each week.
- Built a Power BI dashboard to visualize OOQ savings by consolidating data from the NA and LA regions
- Designed a Power Apps application (4 screens) to manage the "Below MOQ" approval process among Planners, PSCs, and Buyers, integrating a SharePoint List as the database—resulting in a 20% reduction in process time.
- Configured a Knime workflow to consolidate material data from the NA and LA regions into an automated report that feeds into Power BI.
- Documented processes and automation evaluation methodologies to facilitate knowledge transfer within a distributed team.
- Built an end-to-end web application (C#, Blazor, EPPlus) to automate the cleaning and consolidation of 16,000 row reports from Power BI, eliminating a manual process that took nearly 4 hours daily.
- Developed synchronization logic between Azure Boards, Jira, and Smartsheet (C#, SQL Server, Power Automate, Azure WebJobs) by consuming the three platforms' APIs and writing database logic to replace manual weekly synchronization with an automated daily process.
- Primarily built an automated PowerPoint executive summary generator (C#, GemBox, SQL Server, Power Automate) for new sales opportunities.
- Primarily developed a bot (Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse) to automate the bulk uploading and attaching of files for post-warranty sales opportunities, as part of a global process expansion initiative (IBO).
- Built WordPress sites with Divi tailored to the needs of different university departments.
- Customized sites with JavaScript to add small calculations and display dynamic data.
- Managed geospatial data and stored it in PostgreSQL using PostGIS.
- Developed a web platform with CakePHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to centralize learning resources.
